Founder and Director

  • Jazz Tan is a Malaysian entrepreneur and community builder best known as the founder of YouthsToday, one of Southeast Asia’s leading youth and influencer community platforms.
  • She holds a Degree in Computer Science majoring in Management from Northumbria University and completed Entrepreneurship and Innovation Studies Certification programmes at Stanford University.
  • Throughout her career, Jazz has led collaborations with brands, agencies, educational institutions, media organizations, and government-linked initiatives across the region. Her work focuses on empowering creators, building sustainable digital communities, and creating opportunities for the next generation through technology, marketing, and innovation.
  • Jazz was also recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia and Tatler Gen.T for her contributions to entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and the creator economy.

  • Leading Xamble Live since 2021, with 11 years of eCommerce experience.
  • General Manager at Commerce.Asia Enterprise from 2018 to 2020, overseeing managed services and advisory for businesses, SMEs, and brands with a one-stop omnichannel eCommerce solution.
  • Led a project in partnership with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in 2016, supporting over 500 non-urban micro sellers to adopt eCommerce.
  • Part of the startup team at Lazada Malaysia from 2012 to 2017.
